"I went in on Sunday Jan 7th with my two granddaughters,myself and both of them were going to get our ears pierced and I figured I was going to end up paying about 500 dollars for our piercings and things I wanted in the store but the dark lady with long pink braids in her hair was so busy with her boyfriend I figured because he was sitting behind the register with her was more important because she said she could not do upper ear piercings and I'm the only one that wanted that,my granddaughters just wanted regular piercings. So she rudely dismissed us,left me sitting in the chair and went back to her boyfriend, very rude,nasty employee. There loss of about 500 dollars I was about to spend. Also I'm calling higher management because they need employees"

""Closed" at 5:10 PM, even though the sign by the door says 8PM. The gates were closed but not locked and there was a girl behind the counter. She kept hiding behind the counter and ignoring me. She was on the phone and glancing up to see if I was still there. When we locked eyes, I asked her if they were opening back up or were they closed. She rolled her eyes and said "We're closed?". Seriously need new associates that actually care and treat people with respect."
