"Do not go here unless you want to get robbed!!! Five visits to this place (shame on me) and nearly $2 grand spent for my car to STILL NOT be fixed. I have had issues with my car leaking coolant. Brought it here as it was a convenient location for me. They replaced a bunch of parts, and charged me $800 something dollars. Within a couple weeks I was leaking coolant again. Took it back to see if they would fix it. Swapped out a bunch of other parts, another $500 something. Third time I took it to them, and I guess whatever was leaking at this point was covered under their warranty since it was something they had previously worked on. Fixed it for free, all good! The man told me "anytime you start leaking coolant again, just drop it off and we will fix it for free." Started leaking coolant again a couple weeks later. Swung by there (4th time) assuming they would fix it for free. Told Frank "let me show you where it is leaking from so that you guys can fix it this time." His response: "That's okay, the technician will find it." I was told I needed a new coolant reservoir which would be $200 (this is not where it was leaking from that I wanted to show them, but they assured me that's what I needed). You'll never guess... a week later, my coolant reservoir is bone dry. Still leaking out of the same hoses that I tried to show them. I took it in today to see if they would fix it. Thankfully they let me show them where it was leaking from this time. Jamie offered me a $30 discount. WOW. They had my car for 8 hours, then I get a phone call saying that they were "given the wrong part" and they could not fix it until at least Tuesday. I am done. 5 tries, still can't fix it???? No apologies, no nothing. They sat there looking at their phones when I walked in to pick my car up. I understand that sometimes with leaks you fix one, then find another. What I don't understand is why you wouldn't take the time to let me show you where it was leaking from the first time. At this point I feel like I was just taken for a ride, and also wondering if they were not just swapping out random parts, and intentionally damaging others to see if I would be stupid enough to keep coming back (again, shame on me.) I will now be telling every single person I know not to go here. I will go out of my way to meet new people just to tell them not to come here. Enjoy my money. Thanks for nothing!"
"Had my suv towed here the afternoon before Thanksgiving and they were able to diagnose and fix my car quickly! I had some written done by another shop 6 weeks prior and I provided them with the receipt as this was related to it. Was completely shocked when picking my car up that they waived everything and it cost me zero for their time and effort."
"Beware of the upsell when taking your car here. I went in for a standard oil change. They stated they didn't have my oil but they had a more expensive replacement. I explained I had the engine swapped with a model vehicle two years newer than mine and they had that oil in stock. I was told they would only put the oil recommended by the manufacturer for my vehicle year. Putting the oil recommended for my engine by the manufacturer was against their policy. They would rather put the wrong oil in my car so they could charge more."
"Friendly and fast. The day my son moved to UTC we noticed a huge nail in his tire while running errands. Stopped by close to closing time and the staff took great care of him!"
"If you ever need a repair or just simple knowledgeable advice look no further. The employees at this location are so informative and empathetic. They never try and force any type of sale on you but they make sure you have a clear overview of what is doing good on your vehicle and what needs to be repaired asap before leading to future problems. Walter and Jonah make sure you leave feeling confident that your initial needs have been taken care of to your satisfaction and any future concerns that may arise how to schedule a follow up appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better service!"
