"My mother went to visit this store in search of some stuff for her new apartment and had a terrible experience. Some stools she looked at were damaged and were way way to over priced. She then looked for some simple pillows and they were 17 bucks, for a pillow. Not a Goodwill I would recommend. Items to over priced."
"Apparently, the resellers who frequent this store daily (and it’s obvious who they are) are buddies with the employees, so good luck with getting a chance of looking at new merchandise when it hits the floor. The resellers/customers wait by the back door where the associates bring out the items on the rolling rack, peek through the window, and trail them around the store; I don’t see how this could be allowed. One customer asked her buddy associate to hand her a coat directly off the rolling rack and she did exactly that. From my understanding, they’re supposed to at least wait until all items are put on the shopping rack. They pounce on the shoes and any other new product that hits the floor; it’s ridiculous. If you want to enter a chaotic, unfair war zone, this is your store. Perimeter is so much better!"
"Goodwill is already nuts with their pricing and I agree with and want to reiterate the concerns other reviewers have mentioned about the fitting rooms. It's pure laziness and disregard for customers at this point especially considering the stores are often filthy. CLEAN your stores and focus on the dressing rooms, provide hand sanitizer, etc. What makes you think you can sell secondhand clothing of all different brands that has possibly shrunken after washing/drying and not allow people to even try it on? I have purposely chosen to frequent other stores and try to avoid yours due to this policy. Get it together."
"Best Goodwill experience. They need to open their fitting rooms though. You can’t keep using Covid as an excuse when you keep the store open and allow for returns. You’re obviously making excuses and disrespecting customers. There’s a man who works the registers who is so so nice. Good selection of quality items as well. But please address the fitting rooms. It’s ridiculous and rude. And returns should be in cash or back on card. How dare you cut corners by closing fitting rooms and then offer returns on store credit. Shape up. They inconvenience EVERYONE, not just me. Thank you."
"It’s a bit ridiculous when you go to the store and they have fitting rooms that they do not let customers use for months now Because of “covid”, when you purchase items and return them in less than a week with tags on you are not allowed to get an original refund of how you paid the store instead, you were only provided a gift card, the manager is rude and refuses to cooperate with any customers in when asking if the fitting rooms will be open, rolled her eyes. If you wont open the fitting rooms, at least provider refund to the original payment method .They are losing business for me because I don’t understand why my original card cannot be refunded when their credit card system clearly could process a refund to a debit card since they can process the transaction. Either reopen the fitting rooms or provide refund or option other then a gift card, and tell the staff to inform customers of this policy. The manager needs to learn how to manage and provide a little more customer service then eye rolling, I understand there might be policies in place but if I’m polite and just asking a question, you can be polite and explain the policies, being rude, will get you nowhere except an upset customer."
