"This a very unorganized place. I’ve been calling for 7 months now because i didn’t receive my wic folder when i first got my vouchers and i still haven’t received it. I’ve asked to have it mailed to be because it is to hard to find a transportation to the office to pick it up and they still have not sent out my folder. I don’t recommend this place and i will be transferring."

"I thought I finally found a counseling center to call home. I was wrong. They let me go after they failed to hold up their end of the deal. My daughter was sick & I had a death in the family & a funeral to go to, on two separate occasions on days of my therapy sessions so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for an 11am appointment, I showed up at 10:30 & was informed that they were running about 30 minutes behind. It ended up being over an hour(still wasn’t seen, after almost 2 hours of waiting) causing me to reschedule because I had to be at work at 2. I reschedule & the day of my appointment, I got a call saying that the power went out & their system was down & they were gonna call me when it got back up to reschedule. I never got that call. Few days later I received a letter stating that they were terminating my sessions which I found completely unfair. They need to understand that we can control the unpredictable & I definitely shouldn’t have been penalized for the issues on their end."
