"Buyer beware. I am a teacher and have required trainings to take and competency exams to meet state requirements. This is the only agency I can go through for exams. After booking 3 exams, I found out that I had already met the requirements to receive credit for those courses. I called Community Coordinated Care for Children to cancel and explained why. They told me they would give me a credit for the exams but when I tried to cash in the credit they said the credit could only be used towards the original exams. I guess when you have a monopoly on the exams you can do what you want and get away with it. Not much I can do if I want to stay in this profession in Florida...except write a useless review and hope others learn from my bad experience."

"So I’ve been waiting 4 months to get my daughter into daycare for reapplying and they take forever..they keep asking the same thing over and over n over that is not professional, I hate it when people don’t take things to seriously when it involves children..it’s like they don’t want my kid to be in daycare but just staying at home …I’m still fighting with them this is unbelievable"
