"These people are the worst. They don't care about these kids they just come in to get a check. They don't do there jobs and when you call in they want give you information but always asking you for information. It is not our job to get the information for them and when you do they still don't do anything with it. This really don't make sense to me because they suppose to help the kids but they don't and they could careless if they get the help they need. They don't return phone calls and when you ask for the supervisor over your caseworker don't noone knows anything but it isn't like they going to do anything either. They been dragging on my case for years and my arrears prove that. It is a waste of time and taxpayers money for dealing with childsupport. I would've given them zero stars but it is not allowed."
"They hold your money like it is theirs. They have held my money over six months. When you try to get an answer, no one knows nothing. This is back child support. The other parent said they took it from him."
"This is the worst office I have ever been to! They are so unprofessional, rude, and they do not do their job. I have had several issues with this office disbursing my child support. My ex's employer sends in the full amount he is supposed to pay and the child support recovery disburses the wrong amount every time. I have went into the office about this just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do at that time but they will fix it for the upcoming months. That never gets done! I have called and sent emails, I get no response. I cant just leave my full time job to go up to the office every time they make a mistake just for them to tell me they will not do anything about it! This place is a joke! Its pretty sad when I have to consider taking my child's father off of child support recovery and put trust in him that he will pay me directly because the employees will not do the job they are being paid to do!"
"I share the same sentiment as many others. Very unprofessional staff that does not advocate on behalf of the child. Honestly, a competent person would be better off petitioning the court for their own child support order b/c I can almost guarantee you are going to get screwed. I would never recommend a new parent use their services because they completely conduct their business too leisurely to consider its supposed to be in the best interest of the child. You won't hear updates for months, then all of a sudden an order will be sent to the judge without you having no idea what it contains. It's shameful and managers make excuses for their agents with poor work ethics. At the end of the day find a pro bono attorney to assist you in doing the process because this organization is by far one of the biggest waste of GA Tax Payer dollars."
"Absolutely the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. They are rude and nasty to anyone that calls. They act like you are interrupting their solitaire game and they actually have to do some work. When they are called out about the mistakes they have done, they start screaming at you over the phone. They lie about things, or just tell you to call someone else. What are they there for then? They are of NO help, and yet act like they know everything. But then turn around and say "I don't know". They have completely screwed my case up to the point where I am about to drop the whole thing. It's not like I am getting any money anyway since the dad isn't paying."
