Loving Care Day Care

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DAYCARE!!! Recently I resigned from working here because of the management. Especially the director Kyle. She doesn’t care about the staff or the students. They leave classrooms out of ratio, they don’t want to report information to parents if something happened to a child, and she talks to her staff any kind of way. She praises the people that call out DAILY but will treat the teachers who come everyday like trash. They break state rules EVERYDAY and I have seen this with my own eyes. They have had multiple cases of child abuse but try to cover it up. Favoritism is showed daily with staffs and students. Management is the most unfit I’ve ever seen. Staff is under paid but they want you to work multiple classrooms while they sit in the office on their phones doing nothing. The food they serve is trash. We are required by state to clean the classrooms everyday but they don’t want you to. They only want you to mop once a week!! If you request supplies for your classroom you will never get them. They are getting all of this money from parents but don’t want to use the money for the rights reasons. If you send your child here PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!! This is the worst daycare I’ve EVER worked at!!"

"Hi, my daughter spent a couple hrs a day here three times a week during church for a year. Everyone knew her name before I knew theirs. They were very understanding when it comes to separation anxiety with her being whiny or whatever. They have a private preK and my daughter currently goes there too when she's well enough. I can not believe some of these reviews. If you're the type using the day care for extremely long hours you may have some trouble with the helpers that work there not being attentive enough when it comes to diaper care. The regular Actual private PreK teachers are awesome and don't let this sort of thing happen."

"My child has been going here since he was 8 months old. Never have I had any bad experiences. The day care director has been very attentive to our needs and has been so helpful and nice! The teachers have been great and all of them know my child by name which I love. When my child has had incidents at school the teachers have always Informed me and are always most helpful. My little boy loves it."

"They don’t deserve a star. This daycare center is the worst. The director, Kyle is completely unqualified for her position. She is very dismissive, rude, unapologetic and disrespectful. There were several times that my son came home w bruising, bites, scratches and no one informed me that anything happened. There were no incident reports given and when approached about it, she stated she wouldn’t be able to tell me what happened. That’s unacceptable. The final straw was when I brought my son back to the center after severe bronchitis (he’s also asthmatic) the dr had strict orders for him not to go outside and he needed his treatment administered at noon. I picked him up the next day and he was outside ran up to me breathing hard and when I got home I realized he had not received his full treatment. I brought this to Kyles attention and her response was, “ I guess the teacher didn’t let the afternoon teacher know” again, unacceptable. As the director it is your duty to ensure all staff are aware of the medical needs of the children in their care. It’s baffling that they have had several complaints regarding her and how this center is ran and she still sits in a director position. It is extremely unorganized and dysfunctional. Do not send your child here bc their care will not be placed at top priority"

"My oldest went here about 21 years ago after they first opened and I loved the facility and environment. After my 3 year was born and we decided to put her in daycare, we decided to put her in Loving Care and have been so happy about our decision. Everyone knows her and loves on her daily. It makes my heart feel good knowing I am leaving her some where that everyone knows and loves her. We have never had one problem with her teachers or staff. They have really stepped up now during the COVID rules. I would recommend this daycare everyday. We love it."
