"Hello my name is Sarena Hawkins my five children have been going to this center I know five plus years and I have never had a problem until it was recently bought out and changed over to new people. I picked my children up Friday and was told later that night by phone at 11:00 that my children were know longer able to come back because of a disturbance that I had with the assistant director about a rumor that was brought to my attention by another staff and because I would not tell who told me the information and until I did my children could not come back anymore mind you now I have to still go to work now go to there schools to get them on buses and still find someone to keep my two and four year old just until I receive my certificate. The assistant director there has no respect for anyone or your children it’s all about the money and when we are not around they are being mishandled this young lady has a very nasty attitude and a very nasty heart and she prioritizes on parents to get close to your children to be in your personal business not professional at all and then the owners stand behind what’s wrong but call them selves pastor and First Lady. It’s not right and I am speaking my peace these people are not right they didn’t care anything about me or my children’s well being"

"My two kids had been attending this center for three years with no incidents. The name of the business was changed from Appletree learning Academy to Hope Academy and taken over by new owners. My three year old all of sudden started to have tantrums and the owners abruptly told me she could not return. I feel it was the new teachers because the turnover rate at this center is ridiculous. Adults can mistreat kids psychologically its not always physical. Some examples are ignoring them , giving treats to others when a small child cant grasp the concept that they misbehaved two hours ago, isolation , glaring and rejection.These people present themselves as "Pastors" yet failed to exhaust resources in helping my child . As humans we are not robots and we all have bad days. I had no where to take my kids at short notice and my 10 year old had to start walking in the cold and dark to an unknown bus stop. I witnessed a middle school student locked on their daycare van 3months ago after they completed their route and failed to check the van. I heard someone beating on the windows and screaming . i could have recorded this and posted on social media but I did not. Once I alerted staff to the situation they blamed the child and stated "You know better than this , you gonna get someone fired" They also have Autistic kids that attend but could not have patience with a toddler. I referred several families to them and my grandchild attends which caused a major rift in our family."

"Our son really enjoys attending Hope Learning Academy, he has progressed alot over the year that he has been going. The staff here are amazing, his teachers actually care about him learning awesome things. We truly do appreciate Hope for all that they've done in the past and greatly anticipating great things in the future. Thanks guys."

"I love this daycare. The staff love my kids as their own and my kids love the staff. I've never had any issues with anyone there. I do recommend this daycare. And I am very picky on who watches my kids but me and the kids love it here."
