"Cannot EVER get intouch with anyone. Mailbox always full and no call back. The front desk lady says case workers work from home and she can't help. Why the hell are you even there? Our tax dollars Paying to keep this place open and they are just collecting a pay check. Why won't anyone help all of us struggling. I dare case workers to put themselves in our shoes for one day. I get they have a huge work load. But a simple "I got your message, please bare with me and I'll get to your case" would be perfect. Atleast we know it's gone somewhere"
"As of September 11th 2023 they have started rejected any calls made by clients. They do not deal with the public in any fashion except when they call you. But forget them calling cause they just flat out won't"
