"Absolutely so disappointed, I applied to get help , ended up being late on papers, and insurance was cut off I have done everything to get it back on and still nothing, now 2k is missing that was paid by my childrens father over a month ago, the balance is down, but have not seen the 2k payment. I’m just shocked, it’s like the 2k just vanished! Something needs to be done, this is insane . Security person is absolutely always rude when I go in, for somewhere that is about helping children, she really just needs to be fired, because imma snap next time on her, kids are kids. Gonna end up having to open a investigation with sheriff department and my lawyer since it seems someone just took 2k that was meant for my children."

"I've been calling and leaving a detailed message as asked on the voicemail but I have yet to receive a call back so I will be paying them a face to face visit to 3/25/3022. My question is, how and why would you continue collecting child support payments from a father while the mother has/have denied the father visitation to see his own child? If a mother DOES NOT want the father in the child/children life WHY SHOULD SHE CONTINUE TO TAKE HIS MONEY??! Where are the rights for these FATHERS that have these isdues?"

"this place is crazy. i am the custodial parent and just put my kids father on cs this year. when he went into the office our case worker told him she was going to initiate a modification because she didnt feel it was the right amount, along with several other things even though I was told they would not be able to do a modification before 3 years . I reached out to them via email and got no response. Then I just moved this month and someone in that office has provided him with my home address, which they are not supposed to do. They do not know who they are giving that information to or what that person is capable of. If they have done this once how many other times have they done this."

"Ugh it's so frustrating they always talk about being there to help and reinforce and this site was served but they don't they want you to do all the work tell them where they can find the other parent I've been having issues with my case court-ordered 4 months behind thousand and they're like if you can tell us where he's working really I'll starts Google but then at the end of every search they want you to pay money but child support enforcement has access to all of that and has the resources to go through with it and find out but no they want the parent who is needing in the money to do all the work for them it's ridiculous not like I don't know. Go above and beyond to be fair to the other parent the payee the one that has to pay I'm an understanding person but when it's Christmas time or birthday and you're working but you're just not paying at all or you pay what you want when you want how you want that's messed up how can you even live with yourself"
