YMCA Learning Center - Gainesville

"I cannot say enough GREAT things about this daycare. My son started going at 3 months old and he just turned two. If there was somewhere he would want to live (besides home) it would be daycare with Miss Jessie and Mrs. Hannah among all the other awesome girls! This staff isn’t just a staff they are truly a family away from home and just the biggest blessing to our family and little boy. He has learned SO much being there: counts to 15, knows his colors, shapes, objects, name, songs, all the things. They constantly are doing crafts, activities with parents involved, learning time, social skill building, just everything you could want in a care center without totally breaking the bank. Even if it was super expensive this place would be worth every penny a hundred times over! Everyday we get daily updates: what he’s eating, his diapers, his activity, pictures, everything.. it’s like we’re there with him all day!! He is so social, loves friends, being engaged, and he literally cannot wait to get to school each morning! The building is great location, the staff love my boy like he was their own, you cannot buy the love and care that pours out of this place and these women and they really do love and serve like Jesus. The teachers (all of them not just the his class teacher) care about your kids, your concerns as a parent and take any concerns seriously and with love. They will work with you on schedules, doctor appointments, etc. when my son had covid and then was in hospital they constantly checked on us and prayed for us and his recovery. I could go on and on but you definitely should take a visit if you’re looking in Gainesville for a daycare. They’re the best!!!"

"We are so grateful to send our babies to a daycare where we know they are loved on beyond measure by every teacher. We receive pictures, texts, and updates all day every day. My son absolutely loves going to school here and has made so many friends. I highly recommend sending your kids here if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and Christ centered daycare where the teachers consider you as their own family!"

"I can say a lot of good things about this childcare facility. My son was the first one enrolled when they first opened up, he started when he was 7 months old and now hes 4. This is not just any daycare the staff are like family to me. They taught my son so much, he's able to read on his own, at some point he was counting in Spanish to 10. They treated my son like their own, the ladies are just amazing. i love that they do arts and crafts with him, and muffin for mom for mothers day, and most importantly I love how they care about my child safety. I dont think i will be leaving any time soon, i just give birth to my second son and hes also enrolled at the YMCA Learning Center."

"My kids have been in the daycare for 2 1/2 yrs my daughter and 10 months my son the girls are a blessing!! They love the lord and love our kids!! Highly recommended!! Great price and very active with the kids! They do crafts, teach, water fun in summer and much more! Love this daycare! They send picture a lot and have an app the info you of all thing happing through the day with diaper changes and feeding, and potty training helpers tooo!!"

She enjoys learning and growing in a fun and safe environment. You can really tell they love her. They have even helped with her physical therapy when the PT has visited the classroom."
