"If I can give this daycare zero starts I would and it’s only because of one person the director Ms.Russell just like most of the reviews on here is literally mostly about her her rudeness unprofessionalism is unmatched this lady think the world owes her something and creates problems that can be simply solved I think she feels as though she’s entitled and when you put her in her place she will kick your kids out with warning kids was kicked out and left outside for hours until the owner came in resolved the problem like a Mature adult she has smart comment to anything you say and try to act like she didn’t say certain things example she say one thing to my kids father then when I try to reach out it’s I didn’t say that mybe he took it wrong etc she more worried about your personal business then the day care my kids was put out for a second time in agust because I told her how rude she was and the the reviews on google are totally correct on here when people fill like they met there match they eliminate the situation still till this day they been getting paid every week from caps and my kids does not attend there there back at there daycare I’ve been dealing with for seven years now with no problem and they are not getting paid but still allows my kids to attend until everything switch over and I had the time to go into details YOULL will understand but anywho worst daycare ever don’t take your child there until they get rid of her and it’s family owned so they stick together she not going no where no time soon the reviews are on point and the rating it plent place 4 starts in the area even 3 is better"
"Former employee. It's been some years since I worked here but when I did work there the lady who runs the daycare is pretty rude. Especially to the children. She actually puts her hands on people kids when they don't listen. I hated sending my kids to her cause I knew she would whoop them. The pay was terrible but the kids are what made you wanna stay. I loved my kids. I could care less for the co-workers who work there. Side note everyone in the center was family members so I was the only one not apart of the family which made for a very weird work environment. They all talked about one another each day."
"My daughter was at this daycare for about 2 in a half years. The teachers she had was very hands on and they helped me with potty training. I had to remove my daughter though because she care home saying the director hit her in her mouth. But my experience before that was good."
"My daughter attended Gift of Love for almost a year and it was a wonderful experience, I would travel all the way from Alpharetta because Mrs. Russell and Mrs. Val were always concerned about my child's well-being and would always work with me when I was short on payments or even when I arrived after closing. Great place and environment for children...period."
"My son has be going since a baby. I'm heartbroken that the director and owner, Mrs. Russell is so rude, unprofessional very unapproachable. My 2 year old son has no idea what she has put me through but frankly Friday was his last day. Time to move on and hope she improve her self before she loose out. I may live on the rough skirt of town but I have never been the product of my neighborhood. She calls for the strangest things but the most important call was him scratching another child. I was extremely concerned and ask to meet with her she tells me she is too busy and try her next week. I was still polite but mad that she had such an issue and when I wanted to see what we can do about it she was unavailable and not interested."
