"This is not a place I would recommend you NOT leaving your kids. However, this was just MY experience. 1. My kid often came home dehydrated. I believe it was because teachers didnt want to have to change so many diapers. Which is unacceptable. 2. The only time my kid would bring work home from school is when they had a state inspection. It was very obvious. 3. One day I observed a teacher name Mrs. Clarissa hitting a toddler with a green object almost as big as him. When she realized I was in the room she had that "I hope she didn't see me" look on her face. I acted like I didn't see her & notified the director Mrs. Jessie. right away. The director told me that she had a staff meeting & addressed the matter. From my POV, this matter should've been thoroughly investigated & she should have been fired. If you can't control yourself & temper around kids enough to NOT put your hands on them...you shouldn't be In that field. Period. For my child's safety & protection I took my child out of the school as soon as I could find another place that had an available slot."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Completely unprofessional. My child was already booked to attend this school. I live over an hour away so I decided to move my daugher closer to my job. I arrived and the owner says to me, "I forgot you were coming, and I gave your spot away". Keep in mind ALL of my paperwork was complete and I was told to pay on Monday when I brought my daugher. This unprofessional Director stated she didn't expect state kids would come and state contract kids over road my child having a spot. So I'm having to drive an hour back home to her old school, and I'm missing work. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!"

"I called to inquire about openings in a 2 year old class room and Ms. Sharon answered the phone. She told me to call back in 15 minutes to speak with the director. I asked if I could leave my information for the Director to call me back and Ms. Sharon had an attitude that I asked. I politely told her I was no longer interested in learning about their center. If you aren't friendly to a PARENT....how in the world can I trust you will treat my child right. When it comes to daycares..I expect excellent customer service from the very first phone call."

"My one year old loved his teacher Ms. Sherall and my four year old learned so much in Ms. Sharon class. Very loving environment all the classmates knows one another. Ms. Jessie is great and nurturing. I changed jobs so unfortunately had to move to a daycare closer to home"
