"Thank you to the entire Lead preparatory staff! Me and my little one have finally found a daycare that meets both of our needs and that we are both happy with!"
"I can’t tell you enough how happy I am that I found Lead Prep! the location for me is prefect and I feel like the staff genuinely cares which is really big deal for me. i’m also really appreciative of the updates they give, and when i pick up my daughter she’s always excited to tell me about what activities she did that day ❤️❤️❤️"
"Really happy with this daycare! it’s the best in the area and I feel safe leaving my daughter in their care. The staff gives me updates throughout the week and they genuinely care. thank you guys!!"
"1) The kids are not being changed all day,I spoke with the director about it but nothing changed. It’s sad because they come home with full, nasty, stinky pull ups. (I wrote on my baby pull up a couple times just to see if my baby was being changed. They had my baby in the same full pull up all day. 2) I gave the teachers 3 changes of brand new clothes, everything was lost and due to them not changing my kid pull up, my baby pull up leaked through the pants and I was told to get off and bring my baby more pants even though I sent 3 brand new outfits and nothing has been returned or worn. I told the lady my baby has 3 new outfits there already, she said they found them but when I picked my baby up at 6pm he was in the same wet pants that they called me around noon about. 3) My 1 yr old was sent home 3 times for diarrhea meaning I had get my baby within a hour, then take another day off because it’s a 24 hr no return. A full unchanged pee pamper with a bowel movement isn’t diarrhea, it’s just simply change the kids instead of letting them sit in it all day. Babies have sensitive skin not changing them makes them irritated and cry. My baby don’t like just sitting in it. 4) My baby had got changed to the 1 year old class which means they wear school uniform now. Her first day in uniform my baby had on her black undershirt, new uniform pants, and black shoes I dressed her as if she was wearing the uniform shirt because I knew they was going to give her a uniform shirt that day for her new class. As soon as the director saw me and my baby her immediate response was “you have to take her with you, she can’t stay if she don’t have on her uniform shirt” i was confused because Are we not standing here at the front desk together to get one? Sending a well and healthy 1 year old home early basically for 2 days every other day for “ Diarrhea” (that I never saw) was already a raised flag to me. Everyday I’m on point with everything about my kids, No slacking. So as the director her saying I had to take my 1 year old with me because she had on a black shirt instead of realizing Im at the front desk early with my baby to purchase a shirt. That was enough to make me feel like my baby wasn’t welcome there. I get it my baby cry but at the end of the day babies feed off energy. If shes clean, feed with a toy and can walk around a little, she good. — to the Lead director I was still inside the school 1/11/2024. I heard how you talk to the kids, I know you saw me, and you know I heard you. 1/11/2024 was the same day you called my phone at 5:37pm. To let me know my baby couldn’t return to school until the next week because she had “diarrhea” all day (that I still haven’t saw). You said that my baby had been messing up her clothes all day on the report but sent a baggy full of clean clothes. 1/11/2024 was the last day I let my kids attend that school. — to the owner, I saw you a couple of times in the school but I thought you was a parent because you would be moving so fast. I’m not sure if you purposely ask the workers to gate keep you or if you’re just so busy that the parents can’t simply meet you but due to you being someone thats at the school daily with our kids, once I heard another parent say you’re the owner I did feel the need to know at least your name. I attempted to set up meetings with you, as well as call and speak with you but have yet to hear back from you. This was supposed to be an email, but I was told you don’t have a direct email. I think it’s strange that you’re the male owner that’s in the school with our babies everyday but it’s nearly impossible to speak with you."
"My son went here from 9 months until he was two. I recommend finding another daycare if you are considering bringing your baby here. My son would be watching tv in the morning, at lunch and in the afternoon. He still has a mark on his back from a year ago from some mysterious accident that was called “nothing major”. I don’t think this daycare is capable of enhancing your childs education. Wouldn’t recommend."
