"This place is a joke. My son has been going there since the beginning of the school year, but that ends today. Lets start at the beginning where I met Miss Hines told me the payment would be $60 a week I returned with the payment for her to tell me it’s $65 a week. No biggie paid it. every time you pull up to pick your kids up you hear people screaming “sit down” to the kids. The kids are not allowed to bring toys but they are allowed to be on their cell phones. They don’t help with homework, even though they claim they do, they don’t !! Fast forward to the last two weeks last week my son was really sick. He went to school and daycare two days on Tuesday. Miss Hinescontacted me to say the payment was not paid when it was supposed to come from his father that week I sent my boyfriend to make the payment and unbeknownst to me the payment was never made on that attempt either the rest of the week my son remained home sick Tuesday. He returned to school I contacted miss hines to see how they wanted me to pay for this week since their zalle account had been deactivated I was given a phone number and I sent this weeks payment via Apple Pay only to find out then that they still hadn’t received last weeks payment . At that point I sent my boyfriend to pick my son up from school sense the $65 that I sent would only cover the previous week once he got there Zion had already been picked up by the daycare. He will not be returning to school this week nor daycare due to the fact that he is still sick but now they want me to pay $65 for the one day they picked him up when they shouldn’t have. I called to clear things up and spoke with miss Ashley I have never met this lady, but she was very rude. Unhelpful rushed me off the phone and not once did anyone from the daycare even care to ask how my son was or how he is feeling all they care about is money. Don’t take your kids here they deserve better !! Side note ; I manage a Crumbl cookies and I have brought them donation cookies for their staff on many occasions it just goes to show these people are greedy they only care about money not relationship or anything else"

"Hood rats calling themselves business owners. Nasty facility. Old run down. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR AFTER SCHOOL CARE BUS. They left my 5 year old Kindergarten student at school so he wandered on the wrong bus. Ashley told me to come get a refund and because I was not pleasant with her (duh y’all left my baby at school) she refused my refund and called the police on me. Told them I tried to hit her and much more. All lies! My son could be dead or in the hands of kidnappers and she wanted to do was argue over $55!!!! If you love your kids, go elsewhere. Trust me, they don’t care about you or your kids!"

"So me and my husband put our kids and this daycare because it was affordable. I love they take the kids on field trip. I took my kids out of daycare cause I was working from home and plus we wanted to save some money. So on May 29,2018 my kids went back n daycare and my feeling towards this daycare change because 1. They provided Transportation but was never on time picking them up or dropping them off , they also will have my baby in the wrong car seat and will forget his bag or bottles.2. When I put my babies back in daycare they wasn’t sick at all. My lil one started running off after two days of being there. The week after she waited until Wednesday “ so she won’t have to give me any money back” night to TEXT me and tell me hey your son can’t come back to daycare until he stop running off. So this put me and a bad place cause now I have to call off work and he didn’t have a fever, or was acting like he was sick. He was still very playful , it was just the type of milk he was on at the time. I really feel like they didn’t want to keep changing him but that’s what I pay for you to do!!! She said he mess up his bed. Of course if you only changing him three times a day and he been there for 10 hr 7-5. N I no that because I pack 6 diapers and he always have 3 diapers left when he come home. Just very disappointed and she has a very smart mouth and don’t have any Interest on fixing up that daycare. The sinks are rusted the toilets are nasty they have a lot of kids but not a lot of restroom. My daughter potty on her self twice cause she had to wait to use the restroom. I paid 120 a week for two kids. You get what you paid for!!!!"
