"I love this day care! My son is happy every day when I pick him up, he is learning skills and making friends. Yes, my (then infant) and now toddler son has a peer group at "school". Who knew they would have friends at such a young age, but he does! When we pull in each morning I ask him "are you ready to go to school? Are you excited to see your friends and play" and he give me a smile and gets excited. It HAS to be a good place for him to be happy each day to go there. I gauge a center based on how my child is when I pick him up at the end of the day. He is happy happy happy. ! They take the time when I drop him off to see how his night was. If I dont offer that information, they ask me. When I pick him up, they tell me how his day was and how he felt. Over the months he has been there they have taken the time to get to know him as a little person, not just another body in a center. The owner and her family are so very nice and compassionate. They treat my child with respect and kindness, both which are requirements for me. If I was not 1000% comfortable with them, I would not leave my child in their care. This is a wonderful, family owned and run day care, where your child can get personal attention and not just be another child filling a space. The ratio in the infant room is lower than state standards (1:6) and the cost is moderate. More expensive than the larger "run of the mill" centers, but less expensive than other small "speciality" day cares. For the peace of mind I have knowing that my child is taken care of each day it's worth it!"
