"I reached out to the staff regarding my frustration with two incidents 1) bite with teeth marks (second time my child has been bitten by same child) and a skinned elbow and knee happening at school with no incident report. I was then told that because of my message/concerns my children are now no longer allowed to attend. Very unprofessional and severely lacking in communication. I will be filing complaints with the state today. If the owner cares about her school, maybe she will start to show up and help out her understaffed employees."

"My son has been going to this daycare since he was four months old and he's now approaching 2yo and all i can say is If your looking for a daycare for your children that is loving, educational, and will feel like a second home away from home then this is the place for you! Briana Johnson is the owner and she has went above and beyond to make sure my son has an amazing time in their care. she reaches out if he's ever sick just to check in. Definitely a 10/10 with my experience with PPLLC!"
