"I LOVE coming to Q Nail Spa. The place is very clean and there are a number of staff with a good skill set available to service you. I see Jennifer who is amazing at deciphering what I am not so good at articulating in order to receive the desired outcome. There was once a tech schedule change. I was notified the previous day to agree upon a acceptable time the same day. Needless to say that I support ed another nail salon faithfully for 6 years and didn't receive this courtesy. At that salon I arrived to be informed that there was NO ONE to do my nails AT ALL because the tech called off. In addition, I was told an attempt was made to.notify me but they had improperly recorded my phone number for 6 YEARS. Mind you, you I provided my number before and after every 2 week service for 6 years. I am elated that my neighbor referred me to Q Nails and Spa and I am very satisfied. You can get all nail and spa services including nail designs. I am happy to patronize this business."

"I've been using Q Nail for roughly a year. Kim is my go to for a pedicure. She takes her time and I'm always happy with the results. Heather or Jennifer do my SNS and designs. Love the work they do for me. Always have hand painted designs that look amazing!"

"if i could give a zero star i would. visited this salon for first time today. i had an ingrown toenail to be removed. i get acrylic on my big toes and instead of her dremmling my acrylic down to remove if the girl ultimately peeling my big toenail off. it was incredibly painful to have my toenail peeled off. so i will not be visiting this salon again. very very disappointed"
