"None of the locations were close to me. I payed the money never to use the app just be cautious you also will have to get fingerprints done the process was more than I thought but very thankful for the chance to attempt the jobs."

"My sitter was wonderful. I have no complaints about the babysitter service. However, I paid a $30 monthly service fee + a percentage fee to pay the sitter, but they would still charged me $10 cancellation fee even if it was 2-3 weeks in advance. If I’m paying a monthly service fee, it should cover cancellation before 24 hours."

"Great company outside of the fact they actually hide negative reviews about sitters. We left an honest review on a sitter who lacked proper care and oddly had 5-stars and it didn’t show up on her profile. How will other families know of our experience if they purposely hide our feedback. I reached out to the team via text and email, at some point they stopped responding and didn’t contact me. I think it’s only fair for families to read both positive and negative reviews to properly vet potential sitters. The company really should change this."

"Sitter Tree has been easy to use for one off situations when we have needed childcare. We have had the pleasure of landing quality childcare 98% of time. It is VERY RARE that someone has not panned out. Their sitters are background checked and have to maintain certain ratings and allows space for honest reviews which has helped when it came down to selecting a sitter. Sitter Tree also allows you to book with the same sitters (favorites) so that you can maintain a sense of familiarity for your child."

"I have loved booking jobs through SitterTree. Everyone I have worked for has been so nice. The app is super user friendly and the experience is so fun. I have been babysitting all my life and I love the idea of being able to pick it back up based on my own schedule.
