"Very unprofessional company. Initially they forgot to call me back when they said they would. Then they sent someone out to do a measurement for my wall and gave me a good price but when I told them my other neighbors would be interested in quotes as well there has been no follow up. They do not communicate what at all. They make the customer seem unimportant. I’m not sure how they stay in business. George lied to me several times about calling me back only for me to have to follow up. A company is only as good as it management and based on how they conduct business I would not suggest using them."
