"After calling around for insurance quotes. Loya was the best hands down. 1st when i called the person who i talked to was kind. Thats always a plus in my book of customer service. Not only was she kind but she was efficient. I had no wait time. She got right to my quote. Nobody is ever really happy with putting a down payment down for insurance but they literally had thw best quote for me. Right at my budget. They have multiple locations and have been in business for a long time. I had to go into the riverdale location. When i got there again great customer service. I was greeted with a smile and had no wait time. My quote was saved in the system so it was all paperwork signing and of course payment. They do accept bank cards. They lady who helped me was very kind. She said thank you so many times. I was in awe. At the end she even emailed my proof of insurance to my car company. "I wish Google would allow negative ratings. This agency is so incompetent. They never have their information together and the customer service is piss poor. You are told one thing one minute and then the next conversation it is something totally different. They assume no responsibility for lack of information or customer care quality and put the PAYING CUSTOMER at fault for everything. They don’t even take accountability for lack of transference of knowledge for each agent. It is clear they were not properly trained. The manager is not responsible for the lack of sense his agents have. I was sent an email about my policy and then the next day the rate was different. When asked why they blamed it on a “Georgia Upcharge”, when i asked for documentation they switched it back to the original price. They are just bumps on a log in that agency."
