"Update: Bob Did reach out and take care of the situation in a timely matter. He is greatly appreciated! Thought I was getting a good deal. Ernesto Set me up to get insurance. He asked for all my information to get a good price. Paid my down payment. Get a letter in the mail saying they’re canceling my insurance because they didn’t have my license.( he obviously put the wrong information). I emailed Ernesto asking what was the problem and he said they needed a copy of my license. I sent him a copy of my license and it looks like they’re still canceling for some reason. So now I’m out of the down payment and insurance."
