"I have seen Dr. Zena for more than 2 years since she first moved to this location. She and her team have been very professional and friendly. Each time when I arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time, the treatment always starts on time or just just after a few minutes wait. Dr. Zena always explain in detail about my oral condition, the treatment done and the suggestions. Recently I am undergoing a full mouth implant process. The very important steps are the denture measurement, ordering and installation. I have had two temporary dentures installed by Dr. Zena. There will be one more temporary denture in a few months and then the final Implant Dentures. The two temporary dentures installed by Dr. Zena have been working very well in my mouth. Dr. Zena installed them very carefully, and explained to me what will happen and what I should do if any pain/discomfort happens. Not only Dr. Zena, but also everyone in the team are also super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. So far I am 100% satisfied with the treatments I received here, and very positive for the future treatments. After the whole implant completed, I will stay here for all the future maintenances."

"DO NOT GO HERE! They will bill insurance for things they have not done and will send you bogus bills for thousands of dollars with no explanation demanding payment. I have now change dental practices and Dental Team of Johns Creek is holding our records hostage and refuses to send them to my new dentist. Save yourself a major headache by not going here."

"It was my first visit at Dr. Zena's office and I came in for a cleaning. The staff was friendly and Dr. gave me an honest input on my condition. I ended up having a gum infection and inflammation. I had been getting regular cleanings at other office when it turns out I needed a deep cleaning. The hygienist was gentle with my cleaning. Highly recommend!"

"I did not have a good experience with this dentist. I’m still a bit shocked. The previous dentist who owned this practice was great, very personable and a joy to visit. I went twice a year for 13 years or so. Dr. Zena Sadik-Yosif took over the practice and my first visit 6 months ago went well. I came in for my 6-month cleaning yesterday and was told I needed X-rays. I said OK, and they took about 18 films and a full 360 degree one I’ve never done before. Then the hygienist told me they needed to check my gums. OK. She checked all my gums and at the end told me I really needed to do a deep cleaning based on my gums and the X-rays. I was skeptical and questioned the need for this based on an experience I had with a dentist 15 years before. I went to this practice every six months for about 13 years with no issues, I brush and floss daily, and have no cavities. The hygienist then told me after the deep clean, I had to come in every 3 months for maintenance visits. She saw I was hesitant and got the dentist. Dr Sadik-Yosif explained the need for the deep clean. I remained skeptical and asked for my 6-month cleaning, the point of my visit that day, and was told I needed to schedule the deep clean. My appointment was at 10am and it was now 10:50am with no cleaning. I told them I didn’t think I wanted the deep clean option and then Dr. Sadik-Yosif got very stern with me. She said I could question it, go for a second opinion, whatever I liked but that she felt I shouldn’t come back to her practice in the future. I told her in disbelief that I had been coming there for 13 years or more, every 6 months. She told me she wasn’t going to allow me to treat her practice as a car wash that gets visited only every 6 x months. I complained that I was on a schedule with work, so she agreed to doing my cleaning while I was there. When she was done and leaving, she told the Hygienist that there was no reason to schedule the next 6-month cleaning for me. I was shocked and confused by the whole thing. I won’t be going back and suggest you don’t either."
