"I went for my consultation the other day and the staff were all pleasant. Dr. Reese had an emergency so I waited quite a long time but those things happen. My upcoming procedure was explained fully and the Dr.'s tardiness was communicated. I had no issues with my visit."

"I went in to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The women at the front desk were really nice, however, Dr. Reese’s assistant was very blunt and impersonal. I interacted with her on two different appointments and both times she was rude. When I got my x-rays done I did exactly as I was told and when the first lady said they didn’t come out right, Dr. Reese’s assistant came and treated me like it was my fault. Her overall personality was very dismissive and she acted like you were wasting her time. On the day of the surgery I was left in the room for around 45 minutes. When the time came, the same assistant came in and said: “Give me your arm.” She was very abrupt and impersonal yet again. I felt like an intruder at my own appointment. When everything was said and done I was walked out to the car. The problem came days later when my lower right extraction site really gave me trouble. I scheduled an appointment to come in so that Dr. Reese could take a look (my bottom extractions were not sewn up) and of course I got his assistant. She would not even look at the extraction site. She acted like I shouldn’t have come. She even said: “Why are you here?” After that I was done. Once you pass the front desk and go to the back the professionalism goes down hill. Dr. Reese was decent but he should really look into how the people that work for him are when it comes to his patients because, with the exception of maybe two people, they represent the facility poorly."
