"Cleanliness should be just important as wearing a mask. As a parent I shouldn’t see the trash of the patient before. Dirt floors with white paper and cookies crumbs everywhere. Rooms without remotes, stains on sheets and dirt tables. I shouldn’t have to ask for the charge nurse for basic needs to be met."

"This place is a JOKE. My nephew (TWO MONTHS OLD) was having difficulty breathing. Literally his chest was pushing and recoiling bad, very short of breath.. called 911 and ems took him lights and sirens to this hospital and was immediately taken back. When he got hooked up to the monitor, his o2 level was in the 70-80. They did a couple of tests and said he “chocked on his acid reflux and got worked up” this is also the same hospital that previously told him he was a “lazy eater” but was a couple days later admitted to CHOA for the same reason for “failure to thrive and underweight” and also gave a NEWBORN pedialyte…. Wouldn’t take my dead cat here. Headed to CHOA now"

"my nurses were soo sweet and kind and understood me when i expressed im a first time mom and feel like there is something wrong w my son. the dr was soo disrespectful and made me feel like i wasted her time. i was so upset w the way she spoke to me and dismissed my concerns."

"If you love your child take them somewhere else! My doctor referred me here instead of Egleston 3 hours and still no one has been seen in this waiting room. I have a 6 week old child and they refuse to offer a wait time ridiculous i had to leave!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAFF!!! front desk lacks compassion and basic customer facing experience. Will never go back!"

"When I came down here I waited 6 hours for my daughter too get seen about plus I had too ask one of the nurses how long is the wait for her too go get stitches and still had too wait I see why y’all have 1 star"
