"I feel led to leave a review of my experience with Prodigy Boats. This was my first time ordering a custom boat and I’m sure the folks on the receiving end of my phone calls could tell. I bet the Prodigy team spent more than five hours on the phone with me answering questions and talking through options before I ever sent any money their way. That mattered to me when comparing them against the competition. The patience and level of knowledge they provided was second to none, which is why I ultimately gave them my business. The build came out exactly as we discussed and the timeline to completion was spot on. The boat has performed as they described and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. What led me to leave a review, which I seldom provide, was the customer service they provided after delivery. Without asking for another dime, they’ve been incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions, from troubleshooting new electronics, to finding ways to squeeze all my toys into a residential garage. They even provided a free therapy session when I called in, unable to make all fit. If you have a tough time reaching their team on the phone, I’d suggest sending them a text message or email. Keep in mind that if you don’t reach them it’s likely because they’re already on the phone teaching guys like me how to be the cool kids on the water, even after final payment is made. Final word of advice for those shopping Prodigy, I doubt you’ll find a more customer oriented builder. Keeping that in mind, they’ll likely agree to build you just about anything you want. All the options come with an additional cost and weight. They are competitively priced when you compare apples to apples. One boat can’t do it all, but with a team like Prodigy has, they’ll get you about as close as you can get without being in a dream."

"Awesome customer service. I ordered some accessories late at night. Thought the shipping was a little high but I needed the brackets for bemini right away. I got an email the next morning stating that my brackets were ready to ship and that they quoted me to high on the shipping and refunded me half my shipping cost back. Most companies would have never done that. Thanks again."
