"We had a terrible experience. First off I made an appointment a month ahead of time. Paid a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the tattoo that was agreed upon. We get there and they didn't even know what was going on. The girl had double booked the spot. She now says that she won't be able to do what we wanted. Then we need to come back in 45 mins so she can tattoo the girl she booked in our slot. 2 hours later actually 2 and a half hours after our initial appointment time she calls ready to do a tattoo that now she's saying she can't do what was agreed to. Good thing we rode over to Savage Tattoo. AJ was very good and professional. He said that he would be happy to give us the tattoo like we wanted. It turned out awesome!! I highly recommend you check them out @ Savage Tattoo. So yes I lost the deposit at Heritage but that's a small price to pay to find out this business is not for you. I would not recommend Heritage unless you know them personally. There are some good artist there. Anyone with artistic ability can draw/tattoo, but to run a shop with cool people is not easy. Buyer Beware."
