We also have had quick claim resolutions on any claims, which have been rare. It is important to understand when shopping, that not all carpet qualities are the same in expected long term performance."

"This company does not have a good product!!!!! Three yr. Old carpet, that we do not wear shoes on and no dogs. It looks like it is over ten years old! In fact the original carpet that we replaced looked better than than this new carpet!!!"

"I bought my carpet in April of 2021. We bought a mid grade carpet. We were told the carpet is very good and would last a long time. This carpet is just over two years old and it looks like it’s at least 10. There is discoloration and the carpet is coming up in various places. Strands come out all the time and it looks really beat up. We take care of our home and have done everything we can to take care of it and it looks terrible. I contacted the company that installed it and they had switched owners so they weren’t obligated to do anything. I contacted them in October of 2022. They did, however, reach out to the rep. At first, they weren’t going to do anything. However, they sent an inspector out here who says the carpet is fine. it isn’t. It’s terrible quality. I was told the warranty was voided because we didn’t have it “professionally cleaned” within a year. I have a rainbow vacuum and clean it frequently. Anyone who walks in my home can tell we do a lot to maintain it and take care of it. And I’m embarrassed at how the carpet looks. So now, I am stuck with a $5000 investment that is trash. I will never purchase this carpet again and I won’t recommend this carpet or the company to anyone. It’s clear they don’t stand behind it or their rep would come out here and look at it to see that there is an issue with it. Buyer beware. Don’t purchase this carpet."

"DONT USE THEM. I purchased carpet through lowes nearly a year ago. One month after install the carpet peeled up and separated from its backing. I was told this was a warranty issue, and that the entire room needed replacement. 9 months later I'm still getting the run around from Phenix, they won't send someone out, they won't talk to me as a customer and they won't respond to Lowe's. It's a joke. Horrid customer service. They should be put out of business. What a disgusting way to treat people that spend thousands on your products."

"I am (was) a dealer for Phoenix flooring I had a job that I thoroughly reviewed with my sales rep every particular of the job .He recommended a product in their luxury vinyl plank that would suit the job . And it had a lifetime warranty. Do not believe any of what they say on their warranty‘s they will not stand behind it at all . After 4+months of trying to submit a claim and independent inspector now I am left to warranty their product. heed caution about no acclamation and no expansion and contraction and four seasons applications it will not work . In business since 1968 - 2nd generation in the flooring trade"
