"Good but very VERY EXPENSIVE"

"I got into a car accident on August 25th of 2023 and haven’t been able to get my vehicle fixed due to the horrific customer service. Every time I’ve reached out I either get sent straight to voicemail or no movement on my claim. The customer service team is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I switch from Geico to Progressive in hope to save money and keep the great service Geico provided. I regret everyday since switching coverage. I recommend to all current members and future members to not sign up unless you enjoy a horrific experience. The best part is they continue to draft payment for the coverage but are ignorant on the process to handle a claim professionally. My representative Mekah Jenkins has been unbelievably unsupportive in this all. It’s now October 22nd and I still do not have a quote for my damage. This vehicle is a vehicle used every day for travel to work. If the communication from my claims rep and Progressive themselves were handle with professionalism and urgency this situation might have been resolved by this point."
