Guitar Center

"The Lawrenceville Guitar Center was disappointing. There were a number of employees hanging out at the cashier station, but nobody said boo to me. I felt invisible. Yeah I know, I’m hearing you. Isn’t it great when the sales people don’t come up in and bother you immediately when you walk in? I have been in sales off and on for a number of years. Having complete neglect in a store tells me that it’s not really a store, or maybe they are expecting the Candy Man, or some different type of custard. It wasn’t a happy experience. I stayed there about 20 minutes and got no attention. When I walked out I waved and “said see ya.” Nobody at the counter responded at all. Now I’m stuck with the feeling that not all Guitar Centers are as welcoming as the ones in Atlanta had been or the one in Marietta."

"Huge shout-out to Zack at this location. He truly made my visit. As a new guitar player, Guitar Center was naturally a little overwhelming. He helped re-string my guitar and provided excellent advice and service. Zack went above and beyond and is certainly an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the company."

"Bass selection wasn't great, 4 of 6 instruments I tried were broken, and only 1 of them were used. All guitars I tried were in almost new to new condition. But got my hands on an LTD 6 string and it is one of the best basses I've ever played. I've never been a fan of ltd or six strings but the BA 206 won me over. And not surprisingly it had just gotten on the sales floor that morning. Huge shoutout to John, helped me out every request I had and is one of the best salesman I've met at a music store."

"Found a great deal on a small amp. I am not a musician but there is a wide wage range instruments for all levels. I found a book with a recorder for kids. They have lessons here as well !"

"Decided on an adventure today. A friend told me to go to Guitar Center. Why not. It was a nice store well appointed with all sorts of goodies from guitars drums keyboards and their own brand of piano that sounded nice. Audio equipment Mike's and more. It was a nice adventure."
