"First Impressions Last Forever!! I arrived here prior to the opening time. Waited until 10:05 to enter the store. The doors were locked despite the opening time being posted as 10 AM. There was another customer waiting as well. I called the number and was greeted by a rude gentleman who informed me that he was in the process of opening. If opening the store takes 30 minutes, the employee should arrive 30 minutes prior to opening. Your employee was late, and was rude to me because of it. I hung up and went elsewhere and so did the other guy that was waiting. Clearly in these slow economic times, this smoke shop does not need or want my business. It would be important for these employees to keep in mind that customer service pays their wages, and if the customer goes away, they do too… I will not return to this smoke shop. I will give my money to another shop that opens on time, and appreciates the customer. On a side note: I would not believe all of the 5 star ratings, as they have a whiteboard inside offering free products for a 5 star review…"
