"Bought a new vape mod from here only because the cashier said replacing coils would not be an issue when in fact the store doesn’t even sell the correct coil for it. Don’t waste your time or money, they will lie just to make a sale."

"Bought a Fume Recharge 24 hours ago, and it died 8 hours after purchase. I placed it on the charger for 2 hours last night and it has died 3 more times. Attempted to contact them w hopes that they could check the expiration on the box, but there was no answer. I called a 2nd location to discuss the matter, no answer and no voicemail option at either location. Refuse to spend time and gas to attempt to work this out because typical policies are not in favor of replace/return with respect to disposable vapes. I understand people can take advantage in this situation, so the policy makes sense except when these stores leave vapes on shelves for too long to avoid taking loses, and pass said loses to their customer. It happens often to me as I don't change brands w each new vape that's released, but never has it been almost immediately. So much for trying new locations. My 2nd disappointment w an ASAP store this week (Orange Ave kratom much higher than Pensacola. Package was 33% higher than competitors). If I opt, and I doubt I will, to shop w ASAP again I will only visit Pensacola Street. I should stay loyal to Cloud. Cloud may not have as many options, but they've never let me down w customer service and fair pricing. I've learned my lesson."
