"So very sad to see this store in such a state of chaos. Piles of merchandise on the floor, some in boxes with discounted or clearance printed on paper and taped to the box. Almost every aisle was cluttered and some were inaccessible for pass through. Yarn selections are not confined to one area but all over the place. JOANN was always my 'go-to' for fabric, interfacing and such and I'll still go for at least the interfacing sales because I love the sweet ladies who cut fabric. They've been there for many years and are always helpful and kind."

"A very large selection of fabrics to choose from. They have many styles and finishes available and a good amount of sales on fabrics. One of the, if in not the, largest selection of sewing machines in the area with staff to help you with your needs. Many other crafting materials available from cross stitch, embroidery, and lots of yarns. There are all kinds of technology on display and available for crafting or clothing hobbies"

"The store, returning last year to its previous location, looks like it is still in the opening phase. Plenty of staff, but no one pausing to ask if you need assistance. Lots of fabric and I noticed some vintage style patterns for cosplay. Cool. Christmas bits and bobs were a bit thin. The lady at the register was a delight."

"I ordered 2 Bernat Blanket yarns online for curbside pickup this morning. The website stated there were 15 in stock. SEVERAL HOURS LATER I received a text & email that the order was ready for pickup. After WAITING at the curb, I finally went inside. I was told they did NOT have the yarn & a credit was issued to my debit card. I went to the yarn section & found 1 of the yarns & a salesperson brought me the second yarn. I took them to the cashier & showed her the receipt from JoAnn & had to waste my phone data to show her the charge to my bank account. I should NOT have received notification that the items were ready to be picked if the order was NOT filled. This store is notoriously understaffed & always has long lines. I wasted more time for a curbside picking than if I had gone to the store to shop. What happened is simply UNACCEPTABLE!"

"If you knit, crochet, or just started making chunky blankets, JoAnn's is for you. They have probably the most extensive collection of all types of yarn anywhere. While they are well known for material and sewing supplies, they also have a nice selection of the new peel and stick wallpaper and tiles as well as home decor.I'm impressed by the beautiful designs of the peel and stick wallpaper.. If you join their loyalty program, you will receive weekly coupons that make their pricing very reasonable. Ample close and free parking."
