"These people are rude and unresponsive to new business! We bought a store in sept 2021 and contacted them about purchasing tobacco products from them. I gave all info needed, tax ID, EiN, whatever else, and was told they would return my call. They never did. After several months I called again to be told they are not taking any new business. Almost a year later we contacted them again to see if it had changed. Explained who we were and gave all needed info. The first comment out of this mans mouth was " I dont even know who this is" Not only was he just given this information, who says something like this as a business owner! After that we were told they do not deliver to our area....three miles from where he DOES deliver. We also told them we would come pick up instead! But they are so rude the way they speak to people and clearly do not need the business, we will just continue with the other company we deal with"

"Very bad service I made an order for the next day and they didn’t even bring it. I called the warehouse to see what’s taking so long and the woman on the phone was rude and told me she would call me back, never did. I would give them no stars but that’s not an option."
