"I went in and asked for a specific setup. I told the guy I had a setup already that was missing screws and described the screws that were missing. He neither listened nor asked appropriate questions and made some wild assumptions and sold me part of a setup for something completely different that doesn't even use screws. The only question he asked was whether I had a charger already. Then there's no refunds so when I went back to ask how it worked and he realized his mistake, I'm just out of money due to the very poor customer service at this shop."

"I know right now every store has guidelines. But I just took my husband to this store to buy him a new vape for fathers day, we tried to go in together because he was picking what he wanted put and I was buying. The rude dude working there today said, only 1 customer I said we are together and told him what we was doing, his exact words were and with a rude voice "I dont care only 1 at a time" um nope I'm never spending my money there again!!! We have never had a rude experience there before. We will never go back!"

"I love this place. I've been to a few vapor shops, but the customer service in this one is the best to me by far. They're reasonably priced compared to other shops too. I also am a big fan of their juices. Their juices are really good too. I've had problems in other shops with getting juices that ruined the coil in one use, but these are really good EVERYTIME, which is very important to me. Thanks Electric Smoke!!!"
