"I bought a (slightly overpriced, but) relatively cheap glass accessory from here the night before and it shattered the same night through no fault or cause of my own. Brought it back to the store the next day to just exchange it or get a refund, and they refused to even entertain that they could’ve sold cracked merchandise and said there was nothing they could do. This has genuinely been one of my favorite vape stores to shop in town because of a good juice line up and a ton of accessories, but the level of customer service on something so small and trivial is off-putting, and I can’t say I’d wanna go back."
