"This used to be my go to vape shop because it is conveniently located near my house. When they first opened the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when providing me with service. Over time, I noticed that their prices have drastically increased and they tend to never keep up with the same brands. This has led me to explore other vape shops who have better pricing. I just purchased a vape and tried to exchange my vape for a different flavor because I was not a fan of how it tasted. I was told that the best they could do is give me 15% off a different vape. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer because I do not feel like the company cared at all. 15% off had me paying the full price before taxes so it is like buying the vape all over again. Will not be returning back."
