"Communication rules the nation and it changes experiences. If a guest orders a well tequila, that's what they are expecting to be charged for. If a bar is out of well tequilas, the only answer for the staff is to COMMUNICATE that fact and see if another option will work. Staff should not drop off the high end tequila and only explain the missing well tequila options after the guest has already consumed what they thought they asked for. What sense does that make? Not giving the guest the opportunity to choose another selection is horrible guest service and it's manipulation. Nobody desreves this. As a fellow server/ bartender, the staff at Highland would not like it if they were treated this way as guests. I pray they train their staff better."

"Nice spot except for the fact that our sever NIKKI. Charged us $22 when we ask for a well tequila. I would have been nice if she alerted us that they were out of their well liquors. It was very unexpected and ruined our experience there."

"Came to ATL for a quick getaway! This was on my list to support. We had a great time. The service was great. The drinks were great the cigars we’re good they had a very small variety. However, they also don’t offer torches. They offer matches… not too fond of lighting my cigar with matches, but it was a great vibe. Everybody was having a good time. They have plenty of TVs to watch sports or whatever you wanna watch and I have a full bar which was awesome and again the service was amazing so I will definitely be back when I come to Atlanta."

"This cigar lounge is a great place to either work remotely while enjoying a nice cigar and libation or during the evening to enjoy smoking with friends and drinking one of their nice whiskeys. I like that they have enough TV screens to watch sporting events and seating as well. They have a nice cigar selection to choose from as well."
