"Like the other reviewer, I'm glad we didn't read the reviews before we placed our large order for twelve 1-lb bags of tobacco and 25 packages of cigarette tubes. Our order arrived just as placed in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with our order; box and all items inside arrived in pristine condition. Being a small business owner presents more challenges than ever. I hope supply and delivery issues noted by others get smoothed out, and other customers have the great experience we did. "Waiting on my order or a cs response, ill change the rating accordingly. I triple checked my invoice and confirmation and both had my address but the tracking is saying it was delivered over 2000 miles away. Seems like they respond well here so just hoping i get either my order or my money back Edit: they have sent out a new order via a different carrier with a free gift. Im now excited. Still un sure how the mistake happened but i will be ordering again"
