"It took 3 people to figure out how to read my fiances ID, it took them such a long time to literally take 2 seconds to look at it. They threw his pack of cigarettes at him and told him to get out and have a good day. They are absolutely awful. And they will lose people, just watch out, it takes them forever to decide if they want to accept your ID even if you are 21. They pick and choose who they want to sell to. And he's gone here plenty of times and has not once had a problem till tonight"

"I gave them 3 stars a year ago because it was a great place for a quick stop with an ok speedy drive threw. Now because the lines never move and the staff is unknowledgeable, untrained and most of them are rude. They get 2 stars. I live in the area andg there every day and every day is a new disaster. This place needs better training. And better management. I miss the old staff. But the always let the good ones go."
