Paradize Tobacco and Vape

"Check the expiration dates on your vape juices! Bought a 60 ml 2-pack the other day and it was leaking inside the box and ended up leaking all over my clothing. The store tried to convince us that it was a “born on” date but it clearly says “Exp.” He let us exchange it but tried to give me another expired 2-pack, saying, “I assure you, it’s still good for another 2-3 years…” I’ve accidentally purchased expired juice and it is not great. They are probably buying them in auction lots or of other stores that closed, etc for profit. But expired juice does not taste right. CHECK THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE! UPDATE: My husband ran into the shop to buy something yesterday (not vape juice) and the guy told him, “Tell your wife to take her review down. You’re cool, but tell her to take it down. I exchanged that juice for you.” Well, sir, I’m NOT taking this down because people need to know what they’re buying. And charging full price for vape juice that’s expired is not giving them their money’s worth. Yes, you did exchange the juice. But the juice you gave me to “compensate” for the expired juice was also expired. It was just LESS expired than the others and believe me, it doesn’t taste like it should. The ones I brought back expired in 2020 and the one I took home had expired earlier in 2023. I only took it because I suspected that most of your vape juices were expired and I didn’t feel like standing in your store all day looking for a juice that hadn’t expired while you walk around trying to convince me how wrong I am. And I brought back two 60 mls and received a 100-ml in exchange so I still got the short end of the deal. We were willing to keep coming to your store for other items that we need, just not vape juice. But since you told him to tell me to take my review down, we won’t be coming into your shop at all. And my husband doesn’t tell me to do anything so I’m not sure why you felt it was acceptable to try that. He also felt you were in the wrong. The whole experience was very distasteful—about as tasteful as the expired vape juices you sell in your store. Want better ratings? Then treat people with respect and don’t sell them expired, bland, tasteless products."
