Red Lobster

"Placed a ToGo order today and I get home to a piece of salmon that I can't even pierce with a fork and none of the vegetables that come with the order (brussel sprouts and edamame). I removed only the spring salad mix. I call in to let management know that my order was wrong and inedible, and the manager doesn't even want to get on the phone to address the issue. They don't offer to refund the price of the dish or anything. They put me on hold and leave me on hold so long that the call hangs up and they don't call back. Be warned folks. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a real seafood restaurant. With people who can read and manage a staff."

"We arrived today, around 3pm on Thursday. We usually never eat this early but today we were starving. The silverware is dingy and spotted. This place is pretty dead. Yet took over 30 minutes for our first entrees. We had contemplated leaving before it came. We unfortunately got the endless shrimp and painfully have had to wait for every reorder. The food is mediocre at best. The service is even worse slow and unfriendly. You'd think at how slow it is that this place would've been more packed. What's wrong with this place? Do not go here if you are on a quick lunch break. Big mistake!!!"

"Let me say this the lunch rush was nonexistent, so they went for my food as soon as I arrived. The food was great, disappointed for quality quantity and value. I wonder why we've migrated to steam seafood boil. Take stock and a little bit of pride in what you serve. This cold season less blane food was not worth $30 bucks"

"Everything was OK. Haven't been in years. It's has really gone down. Arrived 1050. The restaurant opens at 11. The employees were walking in with us. Server was nice but kept forgetting stuff. Food was ok. Limited options as they were waiting on the produce truck. Crab legs were watery and mushy, tasted old. The potatoes were great."

"I wasn’t happy with experience here. The food was edible but flavorless, or overly soaked in garlic butter. The cocktails I’m sorry to say were bad. The service was extremely disappointing. I arrived late afternoon during the week. The bar was completely empty and there were several diners. Since I was waiting for a friend I sat at the bar and noticed several waitress/waiters and host but no bar server. No one acknowledged my presence for 10 mins while everyone went around me to serve others. At one point I started to assume the bar seating was closed. Finally a server appeared from the back and stated she would be with me in another moment. I ordered a soup and appetizer with the margarita special. The clam chowder was good but they do not offer an unsalted option for crackers. The chips were stale and some bendable. The dip came out overly cooked but I was extremely hungry and it was edible. My cocktail was bad to the point I didn’t drink it at all. However my server noticed none of this because at times she wasn’t there, being standoffs, speaking to others and even swapped positions with another server who was even more un attentive. We were the only ones at the bar this entire time. I don’t think I would ever return to this location. I love red lobster cheddar biscuits and was highly disappointed in this locations experience for night."
