"I went into our local Warner Robins Claire’s needing to pick up a few items for my daughter. I was refused service at 7:35pm. The store closes at 8:00 pm. I was told they were closed and could not be helped because the employee was by herself. Pitiful."

"This place and more specifically the people who work here should be embarrassed. I scheduled a 10 AM appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced and on our way out of the mall we see the employee coming in around 10:25 to open the business. How do i know that was the employee? Because the janitor walked past and told me that they RARELY open on time on the weekends. He then told me on my way out of the mall that he saw her coming in. Someone REALLY needs to hire people that want to work, increase the pay of the people that do work or BOTH. I have never had an establishment not open on time and then have the audacity to say "sorry we missed you" as if I wasn't on time. You can't make this stuff up. Whoever was supposed to open this business on 08/19/2023 at 10 AM needs to be FIRED. I would rather close my business down than to let people that have never ran a business run mine into the ground. The mall is on it's last leg and this place should have been closed a long time ago."

"This place pierces underaged children! Without asking for ID or parental consent. The Claire’s policy clearly states that ID checks are done and a parent consent form must be signed, yet the child was not asked for that nor parental consent."

"The young lady working there named Tasha was absolutely phenomenal! She was so very patient with my young granddaughter who is getting her ears pierced for the first time. She explained everything thoroughly to her so she would understand what was going on and I would highly recommend anybody getting their ears pierced to come here"

"We had my grand daughter's ears pierced today for her 5th birthday. The staff was super nice and accommodating for us. They sanitized the station before and after each customer, gave plenty of after care instructions, and let us know we could call or come back with any questions or concerned! Great visit!"
