"They are kind and very inexpensive for jewelry & watch repairs. I have used them 3x in 2 years and will continue."
"I have been doing business with them for years and I will continue to do so! I am staying out of the pawn shops for now on! Thank you all!"
"I have debated writing this review for months as I never write bad reviews but after sitting on it, I just wish I was warned. As a small business owner myself, I could never be unkind or cold to a customer, which is the exact energy I was met with here. My fiancé went here to pick out my engagement ring back in March, and when it was him being dealt with, he was met with warm energy and great customer service. He showed them the ring he wanted made for me, they said they could do it, and then sent his friends for pick up about a week or two later. The ring looked nothing like the reference photo but we were too close to our proposal so he kept it. The prongs were completely wrong, and not the claw prong ring he ordered, the halo that was supposed to be hidden could be seen from the top, edging the stone with what looked like metal lace, and the solder work was terrible, to the point where you can see a line down the middle of my engagement ring, which in my mind should be one of the most carefully crafted pieces of jewelry. To make it worse, the profile of the setting wasn’t what he had asked for, and sat in a way that it could only have a custom wedding band, or a gap or funky shaped band, which I did not want. This is a key detail that should be discussed when crafting something that should be apart of a wedding set, although if he got what he asked for, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Additionally, the diamonds they show you on the floor are not the same size as the diamonds they sell you, and no one there educates you on how carat size can display differently on how deep or shallow a cut is. It feels incredibly misleading and I didn’t appreciate that. When I had gone in a couple of months later (we were enjoying our engagement and then had a close death in the family that pushed this visit off) I was met with completely different energy than my fiancé was. I went in when I was having an incredibly difficult day with grief and thought trying on wedding bands might make my day better. I was polite and mentioned the halo showing from the top and asked if anyone would be able to help us with that. The girl at the front was cold, condescending, and out right rude. She snidely asked me why I would order a halo ring if I didn’t like halos. I reminded her that I didn’t pick it out, and that it was supposed to be hidden from the top which it isn’t. She openly rolled her eyes at me and passed me to the next person, who was slightly more friendly but not great. We moved on to look at bands, none of which could sit with my ring based on how it was crafted. She then told me nothing could sit flush with my ring based on its profile, which was very frustrating because if they knew that information, why would they not educate my fiancé on that, or craft a ring that way in the first place KNOWING it was apart of a wedding set. The girl coldly told me that my ring would have to be melted down and remade and nothing could be done to keep the integrity of the original ring my fiancé had picked out for me. It broke my heart and I left and went to a different jeweler to look at the ring, where they pointed out quite a few poor craftsmanship details that were also made. My fiancé called there and they said they were more than happy to try and make it right but if I’m being honest I will NEVER set foot in that store again. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid and unappreciative in my entire life, and there is absolutely no excuse for a lack of kindness. I do not appreciate the drastic difference in energy my fiancé and I were met with and think it’s gross behavior. I truly hope this review makes it to the right people because no one deserves to feel the way I was made to feel that day, and some serious customer service etiquette training needs to be done in that establishment."
"Best place to get watches repaired and batteries replaced. Customer service is outstanding alwats!"
"I went in to get a price on some jewelry I've had and unfortunately i was offered 10$ for them. But their store was beautiful. the lady up front was very quite and didn't even offer to show me anything. As a customer service worker for 6 years nk matter what a customer looks like they are doing ALWAYS try to make a sale"
