"This guy racially profiled me. I went into the establishment for a specific beverage, but after discovering that what I was looking for was out of stock, I left the establishment. This guy then follows me into another establishment next to the liquor store assuming that I stole something. There were other people that walked out of the store empty handed around the same time I was there. But somehow, I’m the only one who was harassed. Oh! And I was the only black person. He needs to be fired or else I will escalate this issue!"

"This is a sad review because I have gone to this store for years and had a great experience. I purchased a bottle of Clase Azul for a present and decided to go with Plata because the price was significantly less - $119.99 as you can see in my photo. I was rung up without seeing the cashier's screen, then it was flipped to me and I elect a receipt. My phone notified me of a $172.79. I returned to the shop and the cashier told me that was the price in the system. I explained the shelf pricing, he confirmed and texted the owner. I saw the owner's text saying do not refund this person because he already made the purchase. The owner would also not tell him how to retrieve a receipt for me. He was aware the shelf pricing was horribly different and intentionally refused to correct this. Needless to say I will never be back and will be reporting him to BBB"
