Reviews of GND ATLANTA
"We purchased earrings from this company A few months and they started to turn black in the case. I talked to them to exchange they said no problem. They did not want to give me a refund. They wanted to pay me scrap gold value for the items. No gold will turn black. Their products are defective and they don't stand behind it. Be careful before you purchase from them. They're selling the worst quality in the market"

"I purchased a ring in December from a jeweler in the US Virgin Islands. 2 stones fell out, so they contacted GND (who made it) and arranged for me to send the ring to GND for repair. I sent it with tracking and signature required via USPS on 1/21/23 and the USPS marked it as delivered and signed for on 1/23. After hearing and receiving nothing for 2 weeks, I followed up with my contact at GND, Raina on 2/9 and received no response. I checked again with her on 2/14 and she said she would look for it. I followed up multiple times, only occasionally receiving responses, until 3/2 when Raina said they found the package at their sister store and that she would check with their repair vendor. I followed up on 3/8 and 3/9 and she assured me she was working on it. I followed up again on 3/20 and 3/24 after hearing nothing. On 3/29, she promised me an update the next day, but I received no update. On 4/1 I requested an update by the end of the day 4/3 at the latest. I followed up on the afternoon of 4/3 and received no response. Finally, I decided to call the owner of the original store in the Virgin Islands. He spoke with the owner of GND who offered him--not me--store credit for the value of my ring. When I asked Raina what was going on, she refused to answer. I have no idea where my ring is or whether GND ever intended to repair and return it. If there was an issue, they should have communicated that to me, but instead they gave me the run-around and behaved dishonestly for two and a half months. I am very disappointed by the loss of my ring and by the way I was treated. Response to their response: my jeweler is the one who worked with GND to arrange for the repair of my ring. My jeweler also has no idea what happened to the ring and will no longer be doing business with GND as a result."
"Horrible customer service. I have been trying to order from Mike on instagram because you cannot order on their page apparently. I have DM’d, I have texted and still nothing. I even told him I was willing to drive from Florida to ATL and was going to place multiple orders and still no response. Clearly does not want to sell anything."
"We had a couple in our store who were getting married the next day at 1:00 pm. The gentleman needed a wedding band. We ordered him a gents diamond wedding band from Gold-N-Diamonds. They said they would ship it overnight and we would receive it by 10:30 am. The ring did not arrive that morning and the couple was upset. So, of course, we lost that sale. When the ring arrived at 1:30 it was too late. We asked the Fed Ex deliverer why the package was late. He explained that it was not late but was not due to be delivered until 4:30 pm. He further explained that if Gold-N-Diamonds wanted it delivered by 10:30, they should have shipped it "first overnight" instead of "priority overnight". Since anyone can make a mistake, we decided to keep (and pay for) the ring if Gold-N-Diamonds would remove the shipping charge. They refused to accept our offer so we returned the ring to them. They got the ring back and issued us a credit but are still billing us for the shipping. We are unhappy with the service of Gold-N-Diamonds and cannot recommend them to others."
