"Please be careful when shopping at this store. The cashiers will cheat you on the prices. Make sure to get your receipt . This is the second time this has happen to me. Apparently the owners are not paying their employees enough , so the customers get ripped off. I will not shop there again. This store has changed."
"I’m only leaving a 2 because I come here all the time and service is always great. Today, that was not the case. Customer service was lacking big time. I’m a stickler for great customer service and people speaking when you enter their establishment. The lady didn’t speak at all, just started ringing me up. When I called back to make the manager aware, he was dry and acted as if he didn’t care and I was wasting his time. I love supporting businesses that give a good customer service experience. I hate that I can’t say I experienced that today. The morning crew is definitely more seasoned with great customer service skills."
"Great customer survive. When u order anything that they do not carry they always call me and let me know when it arrives. Even if it does not arrive they call me. Not to mention the prices there are so much better than other stores that I have been to in the same area. If u have not been to Stockbridge bottle shoppe u should stop by and check out there selection."
