"I recently visited Beads after Beads in Atlanta and had a completely wonderful experience. The customer service I received was exceptional. The owner and the other two women running the store were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect beads. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. I took my the time to ensure to select the beads and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I was impressed by the wide selection of beads available, including high-quality onyx, emeralds, rubies, and saffron beads. The staff patiently helped me navigate through the options and provided valuable insights into each bead. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Beads after Beads and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality beads and excellent customer service. "I went to their stall during the Gems show . The lady was super nice and helped me when went for the first time. When I went to them to buy more stuff , gentleman was so rude to me.I placed a pearl string in my basket thinking I would need it.But at the end I felt it to be very expensive and asked to not bill it , I don't need it. I didn't buy that..it was just in my basket and before billing I placed it back.He was so rude and was showing attitude .Just kept on saying that in India it's way expensive and that's why everyone comes to my shop . If you go to India you will have to pay 24000rps for each string and all.. Even if the cost is less here I wouldn't go back due to their behavior.I would rather spend more money than deal with rude people. The lady at the stall was super nice..she was helping all the customers with a smile."

"Beads after beads in Atlanta location has very bad customer service, there were only two woman’s running the store and the way they attend the customers is bad. We bought expensive beads(emeralds, rubies and saffron beads) and they started complaining that we miss couple of customers because of us. Very bad service. I realized all this is due to no competitive store near by. I would not recommend this store."
