"They broke my husband’s tungsten watch. We asked them to put a link back on the chain and when we came back, they said the links we gave them were broken. They were not as they looked at the links themselves when we handed them over and they examined them in front of us before even starting the repair. They improperly applied force, breaking both our extra chains, and then lied to our face about it. We will never return. They were even rude about it even though we all knew they were lying. This broken chain and battery cost us $50."

"Buyer beware. Store has jewelry priced way higher than worth. They then may give you a “discount”, only to charge you more than the jewelry is actually worth. I bought a 10k gold hollow rope chain as a gift. It was originally tagged at $2,800. I was then told by the seller they would give me the wholesale price of $1,500. I purchased it. I went to get an appraisal two days later and found out it’s only worth $1,300. “Priced” at $2,800. Sold at $1,500. And worth $1,300. I would not recommend purchasing here as you’re likely to be ripped off."

"At this store they allow you to do a snap credit application for jewelry.The representative that was helping me filled out the application for me and told me as part of the application I had to log into my bank account. I wasn't aware that after logging in the account that it would reveal what my balances are to the rep, this made me feel very uneasy because I have a decent amount in the bank probably more than average. I figured it was just for the credit application and i spent alot of time with the representative talking and trusted the information would only be used for the credit application. Boy was I wrong. Four hours later there were several failed attempts to get into my bank account that caused my bank to lock my online banking access. Next night at 11:45PM they try again and get my bank account locked again. I'm very disappointed and hurt I brought two rings from them and even paid 2000 on a ring there in addition to financing one. I guess the conversation wasn't genuine it was to get sales and ultimately to keep attempting to get into my bank account. I'll be contacting the authorities and the bank about what I can do to protect myself. If you shop here do the credit application on your own device and protect your bank information don't be to trusting and open like I was. They will try and steal your money."

"Terrible people to do business with. My husband took in his white gold rope chain to have it repaired because it broke near the clasps. The man at the counter told us it would be $30 to repair and they would have it ready in a couple days. It was a good deal so he left it. He picked it up today and they gave him a chain that is not his. The chain they gave to him is rusted on the clasp and has Italy written on the clasps. His chain broke near the clasp but the repair is nowhere near the clasp it is further down the chain. His chain was a white gold diamond cut 14k rope chain that said Peru on one of the clasp and 14k on the other. We have photos of him wearing the chain where you can see it hangs lower and with this chain it’s up all the way to his neck. In these photos you can clearly see these are 2 different chains. When he told the guy at the counter he denied switching the chains and was rude. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!"
