"I have purchased a few pieces from here and usually have nice employees assist me. However, today when coming for my quarterly jewelry inspection I was met with an older light skin black lady with an horrible demeanor. I came in as she was wiping down the glass and kindly greeted her and asked “Hi, do you know who I can chat with about jewelry inspection and cleaning.” She bluntly and condescendingly said “we do cleaning and inspection” while continuing to clean and barely paying me any mind. I said “yes, do you know who I can have help me with that?” She dryly said “any of the employees” I said “great so can I have you help me with this?” She let out a sigh annoyed that I was asking her for help and I said “don’t worry about it I’ll ask someone else”. I really hope her day gets better because she definitely put a damper on mine with her attitude. 01/05/2024 about noon"

"My husband and I had to drive to the Buford store as they shut down the store we used to shop at in Asheville, NC. We weren't too excited about the longer drive but went to get my wedding set checked for the warranty. The staff was so inviting and friendly. My rings were cleaned and checked. Hubby decided I needed a new ring, and I got him a new watch (our birthdays and Christmas gifts). Since the drive is long and I'm handicapped they offered to send me my ring in the mail to save us the trip to pick it up. It only took 2 weeks and I received it today ... I'm soooo happy with it and will continue to visit this store. Thank you to the employees. You're wonderful and the reason we will return!!"
